LICENSING
We offer two types of license:
One Time Usage License
Special License
ONE TIME USAGE LICENSE
One Time Usage License is granted automatically in case of purchasing each individual product (SharePoint template) at a Non-Unique Price. For SharePoint Online, this licensing model entitles you to use the template on a single Office 365 Tenant only, belonging to either you or your client. For SharePoint On-Premises, it entitles you to use the template on 1 WFE server and up to 40 Site Collections in production environment. The One Time Usage License grants the integration of the template with one system only. You have to purchase the same template again if you want to use the same design in connection with another product or other products;
SPECIAL LICENSE
Per client’s request, we offer a Special License with different limitations (multiple tenants, multiple servers, different or no limitation to site collections, etc.). The price of a Special License depends on the requirements. If you have any questions or would like to obtain a quote on the Special License email us now.
Modifications
You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes in accordance with the type of license you acquire.
Unauthorized Use
You shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on any website or any medium (e.g. USB Drive, CD, a diskette, etc.). You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
Assignability
You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.
Our Refund Policy
Since MasterThemes is offering non-tangible , irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. Please make sure that you’ve carefully reviewed product’s information. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date or two weeks after the product has been released for download. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.
Ownership
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Installations
We do not install any of our products which require this (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019 / 2016 / 2013). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.
Antifraud Check
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
Third-Parties Services
MasterThemes may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the Website. MasterThemes does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with MasterThemes terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of MasterThemes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
By accessing this Website and/or MasterThemes E-store, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this Website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The parties specifically disclaim the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Cook County, Illinois with respect to any such matters relating to your access or use of this Website and/or its products.
Information Disclosure
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.
