MasterThemes implements a comprehensive design process for SharePoint sites, ensuring our clients receive professional and high-quality service throughout every phase of development.

Phase 1 – Discovery

We start by getting to know your company, business, and goals for your SharePoint site. We work closely with you to define your objectives, discuss your budget, identify your target audience, and examine your existing branding. During this phase, we ask questions to determine the purpose of your site, the image you wish to convey, and the message you aim to deliver. We also review SharePoint sites you like and dislike and may ask for samples of existing marketing collateral, artwork, and other brand information. If no brand identity exists, we can help create one.

Phase 2 – Concept Design

Based on the discovery phase, we create various design samples for your review. These samples define the common elements to be carried out throughout the SharePoint site, including standard colors, page layout, header and footer styles, and navigation scheme. We document requested changes or questions and modify the final design concept to your requirements.

Phase 3 – Site Development

MasterThemes creates a fully-functioning prototype SharePoint site from the final approved design. The site includes all sections, pages, graphics, and client-provided content. It is available for review and approval at a secured location on the MasterThemes.net website. We implement minor modifications requested by the client.

Phase 4 – Site Deployment

Upon final approval of the prototype SharePoint site, we develop a comprehensive SharePoint branding package. As a final step, we assist with the installation of the solution through a screen sharing session.
